BTVL - Membership Dues Assessment
Most accounting programs are not acquainted with individual membership dues. BTVL fills this gap. The subledger accounting in BTVL takes the load off your general ledger accounting, which is of course notified by a daily journal of all incoming payments received. The interfaces can be easily adapted.

KURS - Seminar Management
KURS manages the data for your organization's seminar offerings, seminar participants and seminar instructors. It can provide the independent programs MeFa, SAVD, BTVL with data, thus preventing costly and error-prone double entries.
KURS supports you in planning, managing and conducting seminars and conventions. Not only can KURS handle individual events, it can also handle block lectures or rotation lectures without any difficulty.
The 3-stage structure enables you to enroll participants in the entire event or in specific blocks. You have the same flexibility for organizing your instructors, who of course can be assigned to individual lectures as well.

MeFa - Trainee Management
With MeFa, you can manage the master data for trainees. You receive the relevant data for your instructors from your SAVD member management module. As a result, you can process new contracts, contract terminations or modifications in no time at all. For your overview, previous training contracts remain visible in a separate "history window".
MeFa supports you with the examination formalities. All you have to do is enter the date of the examination and all eligible exam candidates will be sent invitations. The appropriate examination documents will be generated for the board of examiners. MeFa generates exam participation confirmation slips and examination certificates at the push of a button, as well as invoices for the exam fee. Since the examination result is entered in the main window, you have an immediate overview of the training success next to the contractual data. And finally, with a click of the mouse you can generate the statistics required by the state statistical offices.
