TopInfo-T is a company-wide business management tool that helps those involved in the realization and phase-out process to achieve their business objectives. TopInfo-T is an information platform for all projects and products, and it ensures uniform procedures for the structured management and implementation of projects. Today, the data for approximately 5,000 projects in 70 countries, their milestones, teams, persons in charge and the status and milestone history is already being managed.

A need for taking action, for example with deadline changes, is made visible in the form of traffic lights together with causes and planned activities. This creates a neutral basis for decision-making and discussions for all employees involved in the process.

The structured storage of all relevant documents and project and product parameters ensures that the progress of the project remains transparent and controllable.
