At F&F, the successful roll-out of an IT-solution doesn't mean in the least that our customer service is over. We also provide a sophisticated support concept for our applications. Our help desk team gives you professional support on the phone and by parallel remote access. Our help desk employees conduct proactive checks and gather tips and suggestions for the operation and further development of the applications. What's more, our help desk provides consulting for users (just-in-time training) and on-site technical support and training courses.
